In 2002 PhilUP picked up his first balloon. No he wasn't "fantastic, like magic, exceptional" (what people say he is today). Yet speed that up 18+ years later to 2021 and PhilUP is in the top 10 highest rated balloon artists in Ohio.
He combines passion with entertainment. He loves what he does and it shows. He views every event as another time to make smiles, excite party goers, create fun, and leave party goers saying "wow!" No this isn't a job yet a passion.
